Facebook removes the feature Group Stories

It has been announced that the feature, ‘Group Stories’, in the popular social networking medium Facebook, will be removed from 26th September.
It may be noted that this feature was introduced just 9 months ago! However, this is set to be removed totally from 9.30 PM on 26th September. Please note that whatever stories registered in this feature will also get removed. Also, new stories cannot be entered. However, the stories under individual accounts will not be removed.
It is gathered that as it had been observed that the extent of usage of the feature ‘Group Stories’ was not that popular, Facebook had taken the decision to remove the same.
The Facebook Press Relations Officer shared in this regard: ‘We are always thinking of making Facebook more energetic and invigorating. We have been striving to make it beneficial and enthusiastic for the users.’
