It is important for a pregnant mother to choose the right kind of food because the food cravings would be more during pregnancy. Pregnant mothers must take care of not only themselves but also their babies inside their wombs.

It must be noted that the pregnant mothers could eat dry fruits and nuts and by this, both she, as well as her baby, would remain healthy. Rich in fibers, vitamins, minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, antioxidants etc, dry fruits and nuts such as apricots, walnuts, almonds etc are superb. A pregnant woman always has fear of delivering her baby. By consuming dry fruits and nuts, this delivery process would become easier as the muscles of the uterus get strengthened. The chances of bleeding post-delivery are reduced.
