How many of us are aware of the fact that the foods which we consider healthy could also make us to put on weight.
The point to be taken into account is just because the food is ‘healthy’ it doesn’t mean that it is actually good for our health. The fact is these foods might not reduce our excess body weight.

Avoid consuming cereals:
Many of us consider cereals as healthy breakfast food and consume them without knowing the truth that cereals could make us gain weight. It must be noted that cereals have more refined sugars in them than the body could handle. By the intake of cereals for breakfast, the blood sugar levels increases in us and over the time our body becomes bigger.
Avoid eating avocado:
Belonging to the family named ‘Lauraceae’, avocados are mostly present in south central Mexico. It is revealed that intake of avocados containing healthy fats might lead to more weight in us.
Avoid consuming agave nectar:
The important information is the artificial sweetener which we use is agave nectar and when it is consumed by us instead of sugars the body weight would increase. It is got from the agave plant. It must be taken into account that agave nectar has almost twice as much as fructose as sugar and when consumed could increase the blood sugar levels in us. So be careful.
Avoid consuming protein bars:
Many exercise buffs and body builders like to eat protein bars as these bars have proteins in them. They are unaware of the fact that protein bars also contain fats, sugars etc along with proteins. Hence when consumed the weight of the person would increase.
Avoid consuming trail mix:
It is important to note that trail mix is regarded as an ideal snack food for hiking. This trail mix has got nuts, oats, dried fruits plus others like honey, chocolate, sugars etc. Therefore when trail mix is consumed the body weight could become more over a period of time.
