Job Opportunity camp exclusive for SC/ST cadre on 5th December

The central government’s ‘National Vocational Service Centre’ functions in the Chennai Metro City Santhome area. This organisation, jointly with a private sector company is organising a special training and job opportunity camp for the SC/ST cadre candidates on 5th December.
In a notification by the Assistant Job Opportunity Manager Sujith Kumar Sahu regarding above, it is mentioned:
‘This camp is organised under the ‘Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gramiya Kausalya Yojana’ with the objective of making the rural poor youth to be self-dependent.
As per this scheme, men will be given free training on ‘Material Handling Equipment and Maintenance Technician’. Wome will be given free training on ‘inventory clerk’.
The training programme is of 90 days duration. It will be offered at the training centres located in Oragadam, Sri City, and Gummidipundi. Free lodging and boarding will be provided during the training.
Candidates with a pass in the 10th Standard, or ITI (Industrial Training Institute trade courses), and Diploma (mechanical or automobile engineering) can participate with the original Transfer Certificate (TC).
Eligible candidates have to personally visit the office:
