12 Jyothirlinga Darisanam commenced in Chennai today. Large participation.

’12 Jyothirlinga Darisanam’ is performed on behalf of the ‘Brahma Kumaris’.

This special event commenced yesterday (Friday, 20th December). A huge crowd of public  visited with great devotion.

This ’12 Jyothir Linga Darisanam’ event is performed  on behalf of the Brahma Kuamris Movement with the main objective of facilitating the public to access Divine prayer and Rajayoga Dhyanam (Royal meditation).

This special event is being performed every year over the last 10 years in 135 locations throughout Tamil Nadu. Darshan of the ’12 Jyothir Lingas’located in 12 different places in a single place!

As such, lakhs of devotees have availed themselves of this rare opportunity to have Darshan of the 12 Jyothir Lingas at one place.

For this year 2019, the 12 Jyothir Linga Darshan event commenced at Chennai Mogappair on Friday ( 20th December) and will continue until 24th December (Tuesday) at Chinnaswamy Kalyana Mahal located near Mogappair Golden Flats Bus Stop.

The 12 Jyothir lingas included in this special eve3nt are Somnath, Vishwanath, Triambakeshwar, Omkareshwar, Mahakaleshawr, Nageshwar, Vaidyanath, Krishneshwar, Bhima Sankar, Kedarnath, Mallikarjun, and Rameshwar.

Darshan can be hade from 8.00 AM to 9.00 PM. Admission is free!

Apart from the special 12 Jyothir Linga Darshan, there are other special features as well! Awareness programme is conducted the ‘World-Drama-Wheel’ (The way events turn out in the world), on God, and on Raja Yoga Dhyanam (meditation)and God’s own way of doing things and its Philosophy.

One of the visitors who came for the Darshan (Parvathi from Anna Nagar) shared about this experience:

‘When the event is conducted in the Chennai Metro City, we have the regular programme to visit with the family and have the Darshan of the 12 Jyothir Lingas. We will get the unique contentment having the Darshan of all sacred Lingas at one location! Also, enormous mental peace can be experienced during and after Darshan.’

The organisers also shared:

‘This special Jyothir Linga Darshan even is being conducted over the last 10 years in the state of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in 135 places.

The programme duration is 5 days. We expect huge crowds of devotees to visit especially on Saturday and Sunday.

Retired IAS Officer Naresh Gupta participated in the inauguration of this special event along with retired IAS officer K. P. Mahendran, Brahma Kumaris Kalavathy, Bina, Muthumani and others.
