The inaugural match of the 13th IPL Series this year is all set start on 29th March at Mumbai Wankhede Stadium. The 1st match of IPL is scheduled to start at 7.30 PM.
IPL T20, a hugely successful competition, popular at the global level, is conducted in India. A decision has been taken to commence 13th IPL series on 29th March at Mumbai Wankhede stadium. The Final is scheduled for 24th May.
Usually, the IPL is conducted over a period of 45 days. However, this year, it would be conducted over 57 days. It is gathered that IPL had given up the system of conducting 2 matches during weekends as demanded by the direct telecasting TV media.
Apart from this, the matches will be scheduled to start at 7.30 PM as against the practice so far of a start at 8.00 PM. With this, the spectators need not have to wait late until midnight. The full timetable is yet to be prepared.
However, it is confirmed that the IPL series will be conducted from 29th March to 24th May!
