In the winter season, a person might get affected by issues like cold, cough, fever etc. Many get affected with body ache or pain also during the winter or cold season. Drop in the temperature could lead to body ache in the winter season.
Many of us have the habit of taking pills to get cured from body ache. Though it might provide relief very fast it is considered unhealthy. The reason for this is pills sometimes cause side effects also.
Body aches in the cold season could be treated by these remedies.
By turmeric intake:
The anti-inflammatory property of turmeric does superbly here. Intake of turmeric could fight against many diseases. It is believed that intake of turmeric could keep us warm in the winter season and we could be free from body ache etc. Turmeric could be consumed either as turmeric tea or as turmeric milk.
By cinnamon intake:
The anti-inflammatory as well as healing property of cinnamon is superb and it could treat body ache well. It could be consumed by sprinkling on the foods or smoothies. It is superb to consume a cup of hot cinnamon tea to get rid of body ache.
By adding more calcium to diet:
Bone health could get boosted plus bone related issues could be avoided if calcium is added to the diet in the winter season. Intake of Vitamin D along with calcium is superb as this would help in the absorption of calcium from the diet.
By doing exercise:
Many of us do not exercise in the cold season because exercising is quite difficult in the cold climate. It is said that the lack of exercise could lead to more difficulty. Point is there would be reduced pain in us due to continuous movements of bones and joints. Doing simple exercises and staying active throughout the day is important.
