On Tuesday, 21st January 2019, CURI or Chennai Urology and Robotics Institute celebrated its first anniversary and this caught the attention of many.
It is important to note here that CURI also organised ‘Footprints 2020’ as a part of the event. This ‘Footprint 2020’ looked at the work done through social initiatives like IPCF and the Dementia Care Foundation.
Integrating social vision into business vision was revealed by Dr Ravindran chairman of Aravind Eye Care System and by Mr Ranganathan, MD, Cavin Kare Pvt Ltd.
As per Dr Ravindran, there is a need for quality and speciality care in the society in all the fields of medicine including robotic surgery and urology. It was later mentioned by Mr Ranganathan that society looks for the institutions that work with ethics and vision.
