IAS Officers transferred!

The state government of Tamil Nadu has announced the transfer for 7 IAS officers.
A notification in this regard mentions:
Apoorva, Archives and Historic Analysis Department is transferred as the Chief Secretary for the Department of Higher Education.
The current Chief Secretary for the higher education department, Mankat Sharma is transferred to the Archives and Historic Analysis Department.
Manikandan is being transferred to Home Department Joint Secretary.
Ravichandran is transferred as the Joint Secretary of Home, Kalal and Customs Department.
The current Managing Director of the Fibrenet Commission, Shanmugam, is being transferred as the Museum Commissioner.
The current Executive Director of the Guidance Department, Karthikeyan, is transferred to the Industrial Development Corporation.
The current Executive Director of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation, Anish Sekhar, is being transferred as the Executive Director of the Guidance Department.
The current Chief Secretary of the Technology Department and the Head of the Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation, Santosh Babu will continue as the Head of the Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation.
The current Assistant Secretary of the Home and Kalal Department, Ravichandran, is being transferred as the Managing Director of the Fibrenet Department.
