COVID-19 Panic: With no/low reservation booking, 168 train services cancelled!

The coronavirus panic has another echo effect: as the train reservation booking has dwindled to an abnormally low level, 168 train services have been cancelled throughout the country. These trains are being cancelled from tomorrow (Friday, 20th March) until 31st March.
With the spreading of coronavirus in India, the central government has warned the citizens not to undertake avoidable travel.
The state government of Tamil Nadu as well has appealed to the citizen not to undertake travel to the states affected by coronavirus!
With this, a large lot of public who had reserved tickets for travel have cancelled the same! They have also refrained from making any advance train booking. They have also avoided unnecessary outings. Thus, sufficient reservations are not done for several train services!
As such, Indian Railways have announced that 168 train services have been cancelled. Further, it has informed that no penalty will be levied for cancellation of the advance booking! Full refunds will be offered!
