Central governments bold and outright order: employees may work at home - flexible working hours!

The central ministry has made a sensational and outright novel announcement that 50% of its employees (B & C Cadre) MUST attend duty coming to the office and the other 50% can work from home!
A suggestion has also been given for adopting flexible working hours.
It is worth noting at this juncture that the central government has taken various initiatives to prevent the coronavirus spread – an attempt to bring down/avoid crowd-gathering – and this is another such measure – bold and outright!
