Coronavirus pandemic: Self-protection steps!

  • Ensure that you drink a sufficient quantity of water daily a minimum of 3 litres per day! This would maintain physical balance.
  • Take food items that are rich in Vitamin C. This would help increase the body`s resistance to diseases.
  • Don’t panic if you have an ordinary cough/cold/fever! Visit the doctor and get treated!
  • Coronavirus enters via the nose to the mouth and expands in the throat area and then reaches the lungs to attack! So, by keeping your throat very clean, this can be prevented altogether! Another point to note the small particles remaining on the teeth after food intake helps the spread of the virus! So, remember to brush your teeth and gargle after every food intake session!
