To fight against the deadly Coronavirus- TN CM seeks Rs 4000 crores

Every day, the number of Corona virus affected persons has been increasing in TN and this has been creating huge fear now.
On Wednesday, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. E. Palaniswamy,made an appeal to the people of TN. Information gathered is the CM had asked the people to go beyond caste, religion, ethnicity, language and political differences to remain united to save TN from Corona virus issue.
The chief minister directed the administration to strictly enforce prohibitory orders. He also scheduled video conference with the district collectors on Thursday.
In his address to the people of TN, the chief minister encouraged the people to take pledge to continue fighting against the disease. He mentioned about 3 V’s ( Vizhithiru, Vilagiru and Veetiluru) meaning stay vigilant, maintain a distance and stay at home. Obeying the government order is important.
To meet the challenges of Covid-19 pandemic, chief minister wrote a letter to Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi urging him to extend a special assistance of Rs 4000 crores as soon as possible.
It is important to mention that the state of TN has taken immediate steps to combat Corona virus and is preparing for more number of affected cases in the coming weeks.
