When our immune system is weak then we might get affected by any health issue. Therefore, it is essential that we must pay attention to our immune system. By this, we could be free from many health issues.
Many of us consume fruits, vegetables and whole grains etc to improve the immunity but they also do some mistakes. These below mentioned mistakes must be avoided for our immune system to be strong.
Avoid getting stressed:
It is important to avoid getting stressed even for the smallest of changes around us. The stress hormone cortisol gets released into the bloodstreams when we get stressed. This might lessen the efficiency of our immune system and we might get affected with health issues.
Avoid sedentary lifestyle:
This sedentary lifestyle of us could also be a cause for our poor immunity. By doing simple exercises like stretching, yoga etc, we could put an end to sedentary lifestyle. The immune system would become strong.
Avoid watching TV at nights and get proper sleep:
Many of us watch films or TV programmes till late night and as a result we would sleep for just few hours. This must be stopped immediately. It is important that we must sleep 6 to 8 hours in the night. By sound sleep, our immune system would get strengthened.
Avoid smoking:
Our lungs would get toasted by smoking. In addition to this, our immune system would become poor and we could get sick. Studies have shown that nicotine could increase the cortisol levels in us and finally lead to many infections etc. The protective antioxidants in the blood could be reduced by smoking.
Avoid drinking:
Excess intake of alcohol could make pour immune system less efficient. There would be disruption of gut flora and inflammation of liver etc. So, please take care.
