The central government has been taking various preventive activities on a war-footing against the raging coronavirus spreading. Accordingly, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that the citizens must observe 21 days’ lockdown! The state government of Tamil Nadu has announced 144 impositions until 1st April.
Various restrictions are in force until the end as above. Only shops selling essential items such as vegetables, medicines, and food are allowed to function. Schools, colleges, cinema theatres, entertainment parks, TASMAC shops and bars have to be closed as per order.
In this scenario, as per the 21-day lockdown announced by the Prime Minister, all the TASMAC shops will remain closed until 14th April.
The Managing Director of TASMAC, Kirlosh Kumar, has made an announcement regarding this:
‘As lockdown for 21 days has been imposed as a preventive measure against the raging coronavirus, So, TASMAC shops will remain closed until 14th April.
The senior regional managers and the TASMAC district managers have to follow this strictly. Further, they also have to indulge in preventing illegal liqueur sales.’
