The State Government of Tamil Nadu has released the guidelines and regulations for the conduct of the 10th Standard Public Examinations.
The Public Examinations for the 10th Standard students are scheduled to be conducted from 15th June to 25th June.
9.7 Lakhs students are to write the examinations in 12,690 examination centers.
The State Government of Tamil Nadu had earlier announced that around 2,21,654 teachers and staff and fort eh higher secondary 1st-year examinations, around 1,65,969 teachers and staff are to be deployed.
In this situation, the state government of Tamil Nadu has released the guidelines for the conducting of the 10th Standard Public Examination. It is mentioned in the above release:
- Details regarding personal health must be entered in the register.
- The students must undergo thermal scanning tests both in the mornings and evenings.
- In the special buses operated fro transporting the students writing the 10th Standard Public Examinations, only 60% of students must be allowed on a single bus.
- Students must be allowed to write the examination only if their body temperature is 37 Degrees Celsius.
- In case it is known that students coming to write the Public Examinations are having fever, the student may be allowed to return home based on his/her own preference.
- Students who were sent home in the above situation of having a fever can participate in the next supplementary examinations and write the same.
- In case the student having fever still prefers to write the examination, he/she may be allowed to write the 10th Standard Public Examination in a separate room.
- If the fever is excessively high, the concerned student must be immediately taken to the nearest government general hospital.
