Cholesterol is mostly a diet related disease. Keep your diet in check to reduce your chance of getting high cholesterol. Here are a few tips.
- Avoid deep fried snacks, sweets, doughnuts and croissants.
- Eat a variety of vegetables – and a lot of them.
- Avoid cream, butter, ghee and mayonnaise
- Eat lentils. They have no saturated fat and are full of protein.
- Avoid shrimps, liver, sausages and hamburgers.
- Eat an egg, three times a week.
- Avoid full cream milk full cream yogurt, condensed milk and evaporated milk
- Eat chicken and fish in any way you want, but not fried.
