The 2nd Phase of the testing of the anti-coronavirus vaccine developed by the Oxford University in a joint effort is set to commence today (Tuesday, 25th August) in India with its administration to human patients.
As this vaccine developed as a joint effort by Oxford University has been undergoing various tests all of which have proved to be successful in checking/preventing coronavirus infection, this has created a lot of expectations from the public!
In this situation, the 2nd Phase of testing which will establish the quality of the vaccine to be safe and confirming its effective treatment is all set to be taken up at the Bharathi Vidhyaapeet Medical College in Pune, Maharashtra by the Serum Institute.
In this situation, Serum Institute has come out with the statement that it will ensure giving a high-quality vaccine to the Indian citizens thus making India self-safe!
