Supreme Court Order: Final Semester Exams NOT TO BE Canceled!

The Supreme Court has given the verdict that it cannot order the cancellation of the final semester examinations!
The Supreme Court dismissed the petition filed by the college student against the announcement by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
It is notified that the students put up a demand to cancel the semester examinations due to the raging coronavirus pandemic.
Further, the Supreme Court has ordered the GRADUATE DEGREE MUST NOT BE AWARDED TO THE STUDENTS WITHOUT CONDUCTING THE FINAL SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS!
The Supreme Court has further ordered that the State Governments may approach the University Grants Commission (UGC) regarding the postponement of conducting the semester final examinations.
