By these ways, we could boost our metabolism as we age

In organisms, there are sets of life sustaining chemical reactions and these are termed as metabolism.  For effective burning of the calories, fast metabolism plays a huge role. It means for the weight loss increased metabolic rate is necessary. 

Metabolism is important for 3 processes like conversion of food to energy for running cellular processes, conversion of food or fuel to building blocks for proteins, lipids etc and the third one is the elimination of metabolic wastes. Metabolism in us could be increased by several ways like drinking cold water, having more proteins etc.  As we grow older, our metabolism decreases.

It is important to maintain fast metabolism even as we age and it would be possible in these ways.

Intake of PFC:
PFC refers to proteins, fats and carbohydrates and intake of these 3 would certainly boost the metabolic rate as we age. Our blood sugar gets regulated by the right proportions of PFC in the diet and metabolism increases.

By eating multiple times in a day:
Not many of us know that by eating many times in a day we could increase the metabolic rate. Our hunger would be reduced by snacking between the meals. The blood sugar levels are kept in control by regular intake of snacks. Finally, our metabolic rate would be increased.

Do not cut the calorie intake:
It is important that we must stop counting our daily calorie intake. It is believed that by cutting down the calorie intake then our body fights back and conserves more energy slowing down the metabolism.

By eating breakfast rich in proteins:
When we sleep, our metabolism slows down and therefore we must eat protein rich breakfast. It is said that protein has amino acid in it and it is hard to break down for our body. More calorie burning would be there.
