Permission given for 9th to 12th Standard students to attend schools: Related guidelines released as well!

Following the permission given to the students of 9th to 12th Standards to attend schools on their own desire, the Central Ministry of Health has released the guidelines for the same.
In a notification released in this regard it is mentioned:
The Central Government has been announcing further extent of relaxations with each subsequent unlock phase!
As a part of this, the students studying in 9th to 12th Standard in order to guidance from their teacher can attend schools on their own desire from 21st September. Please note that the parents; consent for this is mandatory!
The teachers, students, and the staff must strictly adhere to keeping social distancing. They must regularly wash their hands.
The schools must ensure to encourage the students and also the government must permit long-distance education and online education to continue.
9th to 12th Standards students must be permitted to attend schools to get guidelines from their teachers.
Only schools located away from containment zones are allowed to function. Further, the teachers and students residing in containment zones are NOT allowed. The students and teachers MUST avoid visiting containment zones.
The school premises complex must be cleaned thoroughly before commencing functioning! Especially, the schools which functioned as Isolation Centres must clean properly.
Giving due consideration to the safety of the students, the teachers may organise the discussions in open spaces!
