Std. X students opt out of Computer streams in the next year

Numbers show that the applications into the computer stream in Std. XI have not been as many as in the previous years. Most students have opted for the Biology or Commerce streams. Experts say that this trend is due to the low job opportunities available in the market right now.
Says CEO and President of Alpha Group of Institutions S. Alfred Devaprasad, We have witnessed a similar trend last year and this year too we foresee the trend. We will come to know the exact numbers once Class X result is declared on May 31
