For the body to be fit and healthy, we must do exercises or workouts. By workouts, we would be able to lose our excess weights. While doing exercises is good upto a limit, not many know the fact that excess exercises could result in few issues also.
Various signs that reveals that we are exercising too much are
Exhaustion:
Feeling exhausted is one important sign that we are doing excess workouts. After sleeping for more than 6 hours also we could feel exhausted throughout the day. Falling asleep would become tougher. So take care.
Frequent injuries:
Muscle strains, muscle pull, inflammation and stress fracture could happen frequently and this would indicate that we are doing excess exercises. It would be god to include dynamic stretching and flexibility training to avoid these injuries.
Falling sick frequently:
By doing excess exercises, the body would be put under constant stress and this might weaken the immune system. We could get sick more frequently.
Mood gets affected:
It is said that by doing excess exercises we could become lethargic or moody. It is important to reduce the exercises when we have a grumpy feeling throughout the day.
Overeating:
Truth is that when we exercise too much then we would need more calories to compensate for the energy invested in fitness training. This could lead to overeating by us.
Lack of motivation:
The purpose of doing exercises is to make us feel active, energised and happy. When we do excess exercises then the opposite might occur and we might feel demotivated.
