When we smile what others see first is our teeth isn`t it!!

The presence of white and strong teeth in our mouths would make us feel very confident. Many of us do not take enough care for teeth and face many teeth issues.  It is true that teeth are important parts of our body and we must be important just like we give importance to our other parts. Various issues that our teeth could suffer from are discolouration, weakness, cavities, plaque etc.

For keeping the teeth healthy, proper oral hygiene is a must. It is believed that proper brushing, flossing and cleaning would keep our teeth healthy. Having strong teeth is very important.

Intake of vitamin C rich fruits:

It is a known fact that vitamin C is present in fruits like oranges, lemon etc. Our teeth and gum health would be benefited if we consume vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage and kale etc that are full of this vitamin.

Intake of dairy products:

Milk, yoghurt etc are rich in vitamin D and calcium and hence intake of dairy is very important for the stronger teeth.

Intake of eggs:

Proteins plus calcium and vitamin D are available in the eggs and it is necessary to eat eggs for our teeth to be healthy and strong.

Intake of water:

Not only cleaning of the mouth is done by water but also the function of saliva gets better. It is believed that nutrients in water could improve our oral health.
