Free NEET coaching classes for government school students from 1st November!

The Department of School Education of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has informed that the free coaching classes for writing the NEET (National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test for pursuing graduate medical courses - MBBS & BDS) for the year 2021 will commence from 5th November.
The State Government of Tamil Nadu has planned this with the main objective of enabling the students of the government and government-aided schools to write and pass NEET to pursue graduate medical courses of MBBS and BDS. Accordingly, the State Government of Tamil Nadu initiated the activities for this plan in the year 2017. As such, these free coaching classes for NEET are now being conducted at 412 training centres throughout the state Of Tamil Nadu. In these training centres, coaching classes for various entrance examinations including NEET are being conducted,
These are conducted in the government higher secondary schools. In the initial stages, 19500 students participated. Now, for the academic year 2019-20, this has grown up to 50000!
To participate in these free NEET coaching classes, the students with the best academic performance are selected and the training courses will be conducted in 11 places including the Chennai Metro City and Madurai. The students will be provided with free lodging facility as well! Due to the prevailing situation of the raging coronavirus pandemic and the resultant prev3entive measure of the lockdown imposition, it has been informed that the free training classes for NEET will commence from 5th November exclusively for the students of the government and government-aided schools.
In a circular sent by the Directorate of School Education to all District Primary Officers in this regard, it is mentioned:
Mainly because of the online training given by the State Government of Tamil Nadu Department of School Education, 1633 students (of the government and government-aided schools) have passed in the NEET conducted for this year. Hence, with the above reasonably good performance, it has been decided to conduct free training classes for the students of the government and government-aided schools for the NEET to be conducted in 2021 through the company ‘E Box’.
Thus, free coaching programmes by E Box from Coimbatore is set to commence from 1st November. So, the headmasters must fill up and register the details of the students interested in joining these free training classes and send them. Training will be given to the students based on this!
