IIT Chennai - some students infected with coronavirus! Departments ordered closed!

Following the development that some students were infected with coronavirus, all the Departments in the IIT Chennai complex have been ordered to close.
As regards the state of Tamil Nadu, during the initial phase, there was an increasing trend of spread of the coronavirus. However, with the untiring efforts of the State Government of Tami Nadu and the various District Administration undertaking various preventive activities to check the virus spread, the extent of impact had reduced gradually and the state is returning to normal!
In this situation, 66 students and 71 staff members in IIT Chennai were confirmed with coronavirus infection. Following this, an order has been issued to close all the departments. Subsequently, IIT-Chennai the administration has decided to test all the students on the campus for coronavirus infection.
Further, it has been advised that all the research-based students can take up study online.
The closing order mentioned that none of the department will work until further orders!
