Prices of Household items (TV, Fridge) likely to go up by 10%!

It is expected that the prices of the household consumer equipment such as the television and refrigerator are likely to go up by 10% by January! The reason for this is attributed to the price increase in raw materials and components.
In this regard, the Household Consumer Goods Manufacturers shared:
“The prices of some essential material for the manufacture of housed consumer goods, such as copper, aluminium, etc., have gone up acutely! Further, the air-freight fare and the shipping fare for getting through fights/ships have also gone up!
With this consideration, popular consumer household gods manufacturers such as G, Panasonic, Thomson, etc., have planned to increase the prices of TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, etc. At the same time, as regards the company Sony has not taken any decision so far on this.
In this regard, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Panasonic India Manish Sharma shared:
“The prices of 2 items have gone up! This may affect the prices of the product! We expect a price increase of 6-7% by January itself! This price increase may keep increasing and reach 10-11% before the 1stQuarter of the New Year!”
LG Electronics is also set t increase the prices of its products by a minimum of 7-8% from 1st January!
