Central Health Minister: Vaccination service 24-hours-a-day!

The Central Minister for Health, Harshvardhan informed yesterday (Wednesday, 3rd March) that with a view to maximize the number of citizens getting vaccinated, the time restrictions for administering coronavirus vaccination have been removed by the central government.

With the above change, the facility for getting the coronavirus vaccination is available throughout the day for 24 hours!

In a registration of a report by the central health minister, it is mentioned:

“In order to maximize the number of citizens administered with the coronavirus vaccination, the central government has initiated to remove all the time restrictions for vaccination. With this, the citizens can avail the vaccination facility throughout the 24 hours of the day!

As the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is fully aware of the time and health factors of all citizens, he has ordered this removal of the time restriction.

Earlier, during the press reporters’ meet conducted on Monday (1st March) & Tuesday (2nd March), the Secretary of the Central Minister/Department of Health Rajesh Bhushan shared with the press: “The present system of coronavirus vaccination availability only from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM is being removed.  With this, we have decided to facilitate the coronavirus vaccination throughout the day at the convenience of the citizens. So, the citizens are now free to get it dons as per their convenience!”

For the citizens who had the 1st Phase of vaccination, the system of administering the 2nd Phase of coronavirus vaccination after a gap of 28 days after the 1st dose commenced on 13th February.

The 1st Phase of vaccination for the health field worker commenced on 2nd February.

In the next phase, the coronavirus vaccination for the senior citizens above 60 years of age and the citizens over 45 years affected with other diseases commenced on 1st March.
