An Integrated Help-Line Number launched for complaints regarding Railways services!

For registering any complaints to the Railway Administration regarding the Railways Services, a new Integrated Help Line Number has been launched.
Note that there is already an existing number for this – 182. This number is to be withdrawn from the services from 1st April. A new Help-Line number – 139 – is all set to be introduced for this.
It has been announced that this new service would be available in 12 languages and this number can be contacted from all varieties of phones.
