TN Govt Education Department: Preparatory holidays for 12th Standard students for the Public Exams!

The Department of School Education of the State The government of Tamil Nadu has declared that preparatory holidays for the Public Examinations commence today (Saturday, 17th April) for the 12th Standard Students!
It may be noted that the practical examinations for the 12th Standard students commenced yesterday (Friday, 16th April). As such, the State Government School Education Department has declared preparatory holidays for the students of the 12th Standard!
The Department of School Education has further clarified that the students having practical examination need to attend school on the day and these students will also be on preparatory vacation.
While the information was being circulated that the Public Examinations for the 12th Standard may be postponed due to the prevailing raging spread of the resurgent coronavirus pandemic, it may be just noted that preparatory holidays have been declared for these students!
