TN Govt Health Secretary: impact of resurgent corona on the downtrend!

The Secretary for the Department of Health of the State Government of Tamil Nadu, Dr Radhakrishnan, has informed that the extent / spread / impact of the raging resurgent coronavirus HAS SHOWN A DOWNWARD TREND ins some districts including CHENNAI & THIRUNELVELI.
The Health Secretary had a session with the press reporters in the Chennai Metro City. He shared:
“As there was an increasing trend of positive results from the testing laboratories for coronavirus, it was decided to conduct a detailed analysis! Also, the charges for testing coronavirus have been reduced. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has scheduled a consultancy/review session regarding the prevailing status of the raging resurgent coronavirus pandemic in the State of Tamil Nadu today (Saturday, 22nd May) with the medical experts.
The extent/impact/spread of the raging resurgent coronavirus has been reducing in some districts including Chennai & Thirunelveli.
MENTION MUST BE MADE THAT THE PUBLIC HAS BEEN EXTENDING EXCELLENT COOPERATION! We appeal for an even higher extent of cooperation from the public! Only with the whole-hearted 100% cooperation from the public, the spread of the resurgent coronavirus can be checked and prevented!
We have asked for additional corona vaccines from the central government!”
