100% lockdown in Tamil Nadu extended for another week!

The prevailing 100% lockdown imposition is extended for 1 more week in the State of Tamil Nadu!
· Pharmacies and local rural medicine shops will function as usual during this 100% lockdown.
· Milk, drinking water, and newspaper distribution permitted as usual!
· Fruits and vegetables will be sold only through carts/vehicles!
· Only essential departments will function in the Chief Secretariat and districts!
· Employees of private organisations, banks and Insurance Companies to work from home!
· PRIVATE AND GOVERNMENT BUSES WILL BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE ONLY TODAY & TOMORROW (22ND & 23RD MAY) FOR TRAVEL!
· All shops will be allowed to remain open until 9.00 PM tonight!
· All shops will be allowed to function from 6.00 AM to 9.00 PM tomorrow (Sunday, 23rd May).
· Electronics Services – WILL function from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
· E-Registration NOT REQUIRED FOR TRAVELS UNDERTAKEN FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES!
· Parcels allowed in restaurant/eateries from 6.00 AM to 10.00 AM.
· Parcels allowed from 12.00 Noon to 3.00 PM as well!
· Parcels allowed from 6.00 PM to 9.00 PM. In other words, parcels will be allowed from 6-10 AM, 12Noon-3 PM, and 6-9 PM.
· Petrol and Diesel bunks will function as usual!
· ATMs will be operative.
· Agricultural and essential products will be allowed to be carried in freight/other vehicles.
· District-to-district travel will be allowed for valid reasons such as valid medical purposes, death, etc.
· Newspapers and media organisations will be allowed to function as usual.
· MALLS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO OPEN TODAY AND TOMORROW!
· ALL SHOPS ALLOWED WILL BE OPEN TODAY UNTIL 9.00 PM TODAY (SATURDAY, 22ND MAY) AND TOMORROW FROM 6.00 AM TO 9.00 PM!
