Houses, bridges, sanitary complexes and other buildings inaugurated

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa inaugurated several buildings on Tuesday through video conferencing.

10152 houses for people below poverty line (BPL) were inaugurated in rural areas. These houses were built at the cost of Rs. 101.52 crores. Also, the Chief Minister inaugurated new panchayat union offices at  Cuddalore, Sulur, Beddanaickenpalayam, Kallal, Azhwarthirunagari and Natrampalli.

Integrated sanitary complexes that cost Rs. 1.59 crores were opened in Coimbatore, Erode, Madurai and Nagapattinam. New bridges were inaugurated at Kattumavadi, Kothamangalam and Eravancherry (Nagapattinam). The bridges were built at the cost of Rs. 2.92. crores.

Ms. Jayalalithaa also inaugurated anganwadi centres, ration shops, school buildings and community halls in various parts of Tamil Nadu.
