The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has informed that a new low-pressure zone has formed over the Bay of Bengal.
IMD has informed that a new low-pressure zone has formed over the northwest and the adjacent Bay of Bengal.
This low-pressure zone is likely to intensify in the next 24 hours. It will cross the coast near Odisha.
There are NO PROSPECTS FOR RAINS IN TAMIL NADU due to this low-pressure zone. However, due to the thermal convection phenomenon, there are prospects for rain.
IMD has further informed that due to the formation of the above new low-pressure zone, the Southwest monsoon rainy season is likely to intensify!
