Greater Chennai Corporation announces Free Wi-Fi facility in Chennai Metro City locations!!

Under the scheme of ‘Developed Chennai Metro City’, the Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) has selected 50 locations where ‘Wi-FI’ Smart Poles will be installed.
Presently, these ‘Wi-Fi’ smart poles have been installed in 46 locations.
The 46 locations installed include Chennai Marina Beach, Ashok Pillar, and Nartesan Park.
A special arrangement has been made for the public with a facility of free Wi-Fi for 30 minutes through the smart poles.
The public interested in availing this free Wi-Fi facility need to register their cell phone number, obtain an OTP (One-Time-Password) and access the 30-minutes free Wi-Fi Service.
