Those students studying in the government educational institutions in TN can apply for scholarships now!!

There are many boys and girls studying in the government based educational institutions in Tamil Nadu. These students can apply for the scholarship amount now. This was according to collector P. Sri Venkatapriya.
It is known that students belonging to backward communities, most backward communities, and those belonging to the de-notified tribes etc from the state of TN study in popular educational institutions like Indian Institute of Technology , Indian Institute of Management and NIT etc. The collector has made it clear that these students could apply for their scholarship amount for the year 2021-22.
The government of Tamil Nadu has issued orders regarding issuing the scholarship amount of up to Rs 2lakhs per year to those belonging to backward communities, most backward communities plus to those students belonging to the de-notified tribes etc having annual income less than Rs 2lakhs per year.
Information gathered is that these above said category based students could get the scholarship amount from the government by getting the applications from the district backward and minority welfare officers. The students could also download from the website. The students must fill up the application form and then submit it to their educational institutions.
