Tamil Nadu Chief Minister inaugurates Velacherry and Koyambedu overbridges!

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin inaugurated the 2 new overbridges constructed at Velacherry and Koyambedu for public service!
With the construction having been completed, the Chief Minister inaugurated the overbridges at Velacherry and Koyambedu today (Monday, 1st November) for public service.
The construction of these 2 overbridges had been delayed to the coronavirus pandemic and other reasons. However, the construction has been completed. As such, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M K Stalin is set to inaugurate them today (1st November, Monday).
As these 2 over bridges are among the most important overbridges in Chennai Metro City, the Senior Officials from the Department of Highways have informed that the traffic congestion in these 2 locations of the rods/streets around Velacherry and Koyambedu is expected to come down by around 40%!
