Current updates and situation of Traffic movements in Chennai City in view of North East Monsoon Rainfall.
Traffic Diversions:-
I) Due to road damage at Mylapore, R.K. Mutt Road. only light vehicles are allowed towards Mandaveli. MTC buses and heavy vehicles are diverted at Luz junction towards Kutcheri road.
II) On Perambur Barracks Road near Ashtapujam Road due to road caving, MTC Buses from Doveton towards Pulianthope are diverted at Doveton junction to take the route via Bricklin Road, Strahans Road and proceed further. Similarly Buses from Pulianthope towards Doveton are diverted via Strahans Road, Bricklin Road, Puraisawakkam High Road to proceed further.
