This all-day dining multi-cuisine restaurant at Taj Connemara, overlooking the swimming pool, invites guests to enjoy a medley of well-balanced Thai flavours with a refreshingly crafted three-course Bento Box meal for lunches. With something for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, guests can savour delightful Thai flavours!
Chef’s bento box will consist of Soup, Bento with starter and main course followed by dessert. The menu includes signature delights like Tom Kha (Thai style creamy coconut soup flavored with Thai ginger, Kaffir lime leaf and spices); Som Tam (Thai raw papaya salad with tangy tamarind dressing); Pla namprik (wok tossed chilly basil fish); and Gaeng kiew wan gai (Thai green curry with chicken and basil). Savour these with accompaniments like Phad phak (wok tossed exotic vegetables); Steamed Jasmine rice or Khao phad je (stir fried rice with vegetables), and finish off the meal with the delicious Tub tim grob (rose scented water chestnuts in sweetened coconut cream).
