Soup intake:
Indigestion issue could be overcome by eating soups that are highly nutritious. Truth is that during diarrhoea our body would lose lots of fluids and intake of soups could compensate for the fluid loss.
Rice and yoghurt intake:
It must be taken into note that yoghurt is full of proteins, probiotics plus various other nutrients. Its creamy texture would make the meal delicious to taste. Therefore, those persons suffering from diarrhoea must eat this combination for their health sake.
Boiled vegetables and fruits intake:
If a person has diarrhoea, then he or she would suffer from loss of appetite. It is important to mention that this loss of appetite must not be given as a reason by the person for not consuming foods. Point to be noted is that the body would need nutrients and energy throughout the day. Therefore, the person with diarrhoea must eat fruits and vegetables compulsorily. Those persons who suffer from diarrhoea issues could eat boiled fruits and vegetables like apples, broccoli, potatoes etc as they are diarrhoea friendly snacks and could be prepared easily.
Banana peanut butter roast intake:
Another diarrhoea frfriendly food is toast with peanut butter with sliced banana on it. If a person has diarrhoea then it doesn’t mean that he must consume just boring foods only. Truth is that this food could be made easily and is full of proteins. The person must be careful that he or she doesn’t eat peanut butter with artificial flavours and added sugars etc.
