Know about these traffic regulations in Chennai during the nights?

The news that has come out is that certain traffic regulations to facilitate the CMRL phase-2 works for corridor-4 Mount-Poonamallee-Avadi Road from Chennai bypass junction near Sivan Koil Porur Lake to Kumananchavadi junction between 11am and 5am for 2 months.
It is learnt that the traffic on the Mount Poonamallee Avadi Road SH 55 from Chennai bypass Junction near Porur Lake to Kumananchavadi has been made accessible for light vehicles. Entry has been banned for the heavy vehicles like truck, bus etc with the exemption of ambulances etc.
There would be diversion of heavy vehicles coming from Mount Poonamallee Avadi Road towards Kumananchavadi junction. The vehicles would move through Maduravoyal Toll Service Road-Bypass Road-Poonamallee Road- Vanagaram-Velappanchavadi- ACS College Saveetha Dental Hospital- left towards Kumananchanvadi to reach their destination.
Information gathered is that heavy vehicles from Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur, Chennai-Bengaluru highway. Poonamallee Kumananchavadi junction towards Porur through Mount Poonamallee Avadi Road SH-55 must take diversion through Chennai-Bengaluru highway- Saveetha Dental College- right turn through Chennai Bangalore Cloverleaf, toll plaza near Samayapuram Road and Mount Poonamallee Avadi Road to reach their destinations. It is noteworthy that the traffic police have invited suggestions on the traffic modifications through email dcpavadi.traffic@gmail.com.
