An important ALERT for SBI Account holders!

India’s premier public sector bank, the State Bank of India (SBI), has released an IMPORTANT ALERT for its customers.
The State Bank of India has more than 44 Crores customers throughout India.
In this status, State Bank of India has given alert info to its customers that THE LAST DATE FOR LINKING AADHAR AND PAN CARDS IS FAST APPROACHING!
Here is the procedure for the benefit of SBI customers how to link Aadhar and PAN cards:
Visit the official website of the Income Tax Department: https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home
Click the option: ‘Link Aadhar’
You will enter the page where you have to register the details asked for.
In case your date of birth only is recorded in your Aadhar Card, you tick the Check box- “(I have only year of birth in the Aadhar card
Select the option OTP.
Click the Tab – ‘Link Aadhar’.
The link will be completed.
Apart from this procedure, you can also link your Aadhar with your PAN card through SMS.
Earlier, the last date given for the Aadhar-PAN card link was 30th September 2021. However, it was extended later up to 31st March 2022.
In case the Aadhar-PAN link is not completed even with this extended last date, the STATE BANK OF INDIA HAS WARNED THAT THE BANK SERVICES FOR SUCH CUSTOMERS WILL BE AFFECTED!
