Pooja charges up in Sabarimalai Lord Ayyappan temple - from10th April!

The temple administration of the Sabarimalai Lord Sri Ayyappan temple has decided to increase all the Pooja charges as well as the prasadams (offerings) including Appam and Aravanai.
As per this, the Padi Pooja charges will be up by Rs. 22900/-, Kalababhishekham charges will be up by Rs. 15000/- and Sahsrakalasam charges will be up by Rs. 11250/-.
The new charges:
- Padi Pooja Rs. 137000/- (earlier Rs. 115000/-)
- Sahasrakalasam Rs. 91250/- (Earlier charges Rs. 80000/-)
- Udhayasthamana Pooja Rs. 61800/- (earlier charges Rs. 50000/-)
- Utsavayali Rs. 37500/- (earlier Rs. 30000/-)
- Kalababhishekham Rs. 38000/- (earlier Rs. 22500/-)
- Thanga Angi Saarthudhal Rs. 15000/- (earlier Rs. 10000/-)
- Pushpabhishekham Rs. Rs. 12500 (earlier Rs. 10000/-)
- Sadhakakalasam Rs. 12500/- (earlier Rs. 10000/-)
- Ashtabhishekham Rs. 6000/- (earlier Rs. 5000/-)
- Ucha Pooja Rs. 3000/- (earlier Rs. 2500/-)
- Bhagawathi Sevai Rs. 2500/- (earlier Rs. 2000/-)
- Usha Pooja Rs. 1500/- (earlier Rs. 1000/-)
- Ganapathy Homam Rs. 375/- (Earlier Rs. 300/-)
- Kettu Niraithal Rs. 300/- (earlier Rs. 250/-)
- Abhishekha Nei (ghee) (100 ml) Rs. 100/- (earlier Rs. 75/-)
- Neeranjanam Rs. 125/- (earlier Rs. 100/-)
- Aravanai Rs. 100/- (earlier Rs. 80/-)
- Appam (1 Packet) Rs. 45/- (earlier Rs. 35/-)
The Thiruvithankur Devasam Board has announced that the above-revised charges will be effective from 10th April when the corridors of the Temple of Lord Sri Ayyappan will be opened for the occasion of Chithirai Vishu Poojas.
