The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu voted for the Presidents Election in Chennai!
The election of the 15th President of the country is being conducted today (Monday, 18th June).
In this election, Members of Parliaments and Members of the Legislative Assemblies elected by the public will cast their votes!
IN a situation where the MPs and MLAs cannot visit Delhi for voting, the voting is conducted in the respective State Chief Secretariats!
Accordingly, a voting centre has been set up in the Tamil Nadu State Chief Secretariat in Chennai Metro City. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin cast his vote for the Presidential Election at 10.00 AM!
The Chief Minister, who had been infected with coronavirus and discharged from hospital after treatment today (Monday, 18th July), the Chief Minister made a direct visit to the Chief Secretariat to cast his vote.
Subsequently, all MPs & MLAs visited the Chief Secretariat to cast their votes for the Presidential Election!
Meanwhile, the Election Commission has announced that the Presidential Elections are conducted as per the coronavirus prevention guidelines.
