TNPSC: Today 22nd August - last day to apply for Group-1 Posts!

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has reminded us that today (Monday, 22nd August) is the last day to apply for the vacant 92 Group-1 Posts including Assistant Collector and Deputy Superintendent of Police. The announcement was released last month.
The total of 92 vacant posts in the Group-1 Category include:
18 vacant posts of Assistant Collectors, 26 posts of Assistant Superintendents of Police, 25 posts of Assistant Commercial Commissioners, 13 posts of Assistant registrar in the Cooperative Unions, 7 Rural Development Assistant Directors 3 District Fire-Fighting Department Officer, all come under Group-1 category vacancies.
After the announcement, the ONLINE application for the examination (website: www.tnpsc.gov.in) commenced.
Subsequently, lots of graduates registered on the web in a fiercely competitive approach. As such, today (Monday, 22nd August).
So, applications for Group-1 competitive examinations can be sent until; midnight tonight!
As such, TNPSC has taken certain initiatives! As such, the opportunity has been extended for application to Group-1 Posts/competitive examinations from 27th August until 11.59 PM on 29th August!
The preliminary examination for Group-1 is scheduled to be conducted on 30th October!
