The temple corridors of Lord Sri Ayyappan in Sabarimalai are to be opened today for the important festival occasion of Onam!
In the golden roof above the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Lord Sri Ayyappan Temple in Sabarimalai, light water leakage was detected in 13 locations.
The Devasthanam of Thiruvithankur decided to repair this leak. Subsequently, repair work was commenced on 29th August and repair work has been completed now!
In this scenario, the corridors of the Sabarimalai Lord Ayyappan Temple are to be opened today (Tuesday, 6th September) for the festive occasion of Onam!
Sabarimalai Lord Ayyappan temple corridors will be opened by Melsanthi Parameswaran Namboodri in the presence of Temple Tantri Kandarary Rajeevaru at 5.00 PM today (Tuesday, 6th September).
Poojas will be performed as usual in the temple until 10th September!
Just similar to the monthly Pooja schedules, Neyyabhishekham, kalasa poojai, Kanapa Poojai, Sahasra kalasa poojai, Padi Poojai and all other poojas will be performed. Online booking for Darshan of Lord Sri Ayyappan is in progress!
In this scenario, Thiruvithankur Devasthanam Public Relations Officer Sunil informed that all arrangements have been made for ONLINE booking for prompt Darshan from tomorrow (Wednesday, 7th September) until 10th September!
