The Supreme Court has announced a path0-breaking order that even unmarried women can undergo abortion!
The prevalent stand that the right to abortion is only for married women needs a particular change!
However, it is essential to prevent unsafe abortions in the country!
As regards the right to abortion, there are no categories such as married and unmarried. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE PRESENT CONDITION THAT ONLY MARRIAGE GIVES THE RIGHT TO ABORT!
As such, the sitting headed by Justice Chandrachud has given the judgment that ALL WOMEN HAVE THE RIGHT TO ABORT!!
THE SUPREME COURT HAS GIVEN THIS SENSATIONAL VERDICT/ORDER TODAY (THURSDAY, 29TH SEPTEMBER) THAT IT IS ESSENTIAL INDEED TO STREAMLINE THE REGULATIONS ABOUT WHO UNDER WHAT CONDITION CAN ABORT!!
