Traffic changes on LUZ Church Road due to Metro Rail Project work!

Due to the Chennai Metro Rail project activities, certain traffic changes have been carried out on Lux Church Road from tomorrow (Saturday, 8th October).
In a notification released in this regard by the Chennai Traffic Police Department, it is mentioned:
"It is planned to commence work on the Alwarpet Luz Church Road by the Chennai Metro Rail project authorities.
As such, certain temporary traffic changes are proposed to be carried out n a trial basis on Luz Church Road and its adjacent areas.
Vehicles which proceed from Luz Junction to TTK Road via Luz Church Road are to be diverted to another route.
Accordingly, the Chennai Metro City Buses have to move from Amritanjan Junction via Royappettah High Road, R. K. Saalai, Music Academy overbridge service road, and TTK overbridge service road. As for the light vehicles, they have to move via DaSilva Road, Desika Road,
Note that there is NO CHANGE in traffic rules on Musiri Subramanian Road."
