Order from TN Govt Department of Education: Henceforth, Certificates for Tamil Medium Courses from ONLINE ONLY!

The Department of Education of the State Government of Tamil Nadu had ordered teachers that certificates for having learnt in Tamil Medium MUST BE GIVEN ONLY ONLINE!
The circular sent by the Directorate of School Education in this regard to all the Primary Education Officers, District Education Officers, and Headmasters/principals of schools, it is mentions:
"The Department of School Education has introduced the service of applying ONLINE in the E-Services to apply for certificates as proofs for having learnt in Tamil Medium.
The applications received so far from the E-Services have been sent to the concerned District Primary Education Officer through E-Mail from the Directorate of the School Education of the State of Tamil Nadu.
As such, henceforth, all the District Primary Education Officers must immediately send all applications received from citizens and school students for the issue of certificates through the Internet App mentioned above to the headmasters/principals of the respective schools!
The Headmasters/principals of the schools, on receipt of the above applications, MUST Verify the data given in the applications, and once confirmed that the application is genuine, the school headmasters/principals have to digitally sign the certificates prepared and upload these certificates!
In case errors are detected in the data given while verifying the applications, the concerned school headmasters/principals MUST REJECT THE APPLICATIONS ONLINE AS WELL!
Provisions have been given in this procedural system on video format for all school headmasters/principals MUST use the internet facility given to them to scrutinize the applications and process or reject them!
Once each school enters the website of EMIS, the application forms requesting certificates for having learnt in Tamil Medium can be seen!
In future, CERTIFICATES FRO HAVING STUDIED IN TAMIL MEDIUM MUST BE GIVEN ONLY ONLINE! THE CONCERNED HEADMASTERS/PRINCIPALS, ON NO ACCOUNT, CAN FILL UP THE CERTIFICATE BY HAND AND SIGN THEM AND ISSUE!"
