From 2020 onwards, the Coronavirus infection pandemic has taken the world by storm and even now there are few cases getting reported!!
The Central Govt has announced that due to the reduction in the Coronavirus caes now it is not compulsory for the passengers to wear face masks while travelling in the flights.
In the last 24 hours, just 501 new cases were reported in entire India and the number of persons getting treated have also reduced now to 7561 in India. The recovery rate is 98.79% now.
From the letter sent by the Union Aviation Ministry yesterday to all airports across India it was clear that the number of persons with Coronavirus infection has decreased significantly now. As a result, the Central govt has relaxed the restrictions due to Coronavirus infection. The passengers would no longer be required to wear facemasks while travelling in the flights.
No action would be taken against the passengers for not wearing facemasks. However, the passengers could voluntarily continue wearing facemasks to avoid getting Coronavirus infection.
